Measurement Guide

1. Height (A)

How to Measure: Stand straight against a wall, feet together. Use a level to mark the highest point on your head. Measure from the floor to this mark.

2. Chest (B)

How to Measure: Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Ensure the tape is level and firm but not tight.

3. Shoulder (C)

How to Measure: Measure from one edge of the shoulder to the other, across the back.

4. Arm (D)

How to Measure: Measure from the top of your shoulder, down your arm to where you want your sleeve to end. Keep the arm slightly bent.

5. Waist (E)

How to Measure: Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your waist, typically an inch above your belly button.

6. Inside Leg (F)

How to Measure: Measure from the top of your inside leg (at the crotch) to your ankle.

7. Neck to Crotch (G)

How to Measure: Measure from the base of the neck (at the shoulder line) down to the crotch.

8. Weight

How to Measure: Use a digital scale for the most accurate measurement. Stand still, with minimal clothing, for the best result.
