For customers in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, a flat shipping rate of £45 applies.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, most packages arrive within 4–5 business days.
Made-to-Order Suits: Regular size suits are made to order and ship within 6–8 business days, with delivery taking up to 20 business days in some cases.
Courier Partners: We use only trusted global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Skynet. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Please note that international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns are accepted for wrong, defective, or damaged items, or if the size does not fit.
Custom-made suits, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
